With over 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and interior fit-out execution across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, I am confident that my background aligns perfectly with the demands of this role.In my position as Senior Architect at DXB LIVE – World Trade Centre, Dubai, I have successfully led over 15 high-end office and retail fit-out projects from concept to completion. My role involves full-cycle project management — from client briefings and design coordination to subcontractor management and on-site supervision. I take pride in my ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs, achieving a consistent record of on-time delivery and client satisfaction.Prior to this, as Co-founder and Senior Architect at Archi-Team Studio, I managed concept development, technical documentation, and supplier coordination for multiple projects in Tunisia. My background in both design and execution allows me to bridge the creative and technical aspects of fit-out work effectively. I also bring strong skills in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and BOQ review and approval, as well as hands-on experience with value engineering and cost optimization, which have consistently helped reduce project costs and streamline workflow efficiency.
